To minimise our impact on the environment, we deliver using Palletways – a leading third party express palletised freight network widely used in the industry. Your order will arrive on a 7.5t or 18t lorry. If there are any delivery restriction, please let us know at checkouts in the box for Delivery Instructions. If there are hazards, obstructions, uneven ground (gravel, sand, grass) this may necessitate the delivery being made to the nearest practical location for the delivery vehicle. If goods are required to be broken down or discharged by the driver this will need to be arranged in advance with our Premium Assisted Delivery service. We strongly suggest taking caution when unpacking to avoid damages and injury. Please assess the weight of the boxes or tiles and use proper manual handling techniques as they can be heavy.
